What’s included in an employee account?
When your employees sign into Workful, they can:
- clock in and out
- request time off
- submit expense and mileage requests
- update their personal info, tax info, and banking info
- view their pay stubs and tax documents
When’s the best time to switch payroll providers?
We make it easy to switch to Workful at anytime during the year. But, the most common times to switch payroll providers is at the beginning of a quarter:
- Quarter 1: January 1
- Quarter 2: April 1
- Quarter 3: July 1
- Quarter 4: October 1
Can I pay an independent contractor through Workful?
Yes, you can pay independent contractors by check or direct deposit.
Can my employees get paid through direct deposit?
Yes, you can pay your employees via direct deposit. It’s included in your Workful subscription at no additional charge.
Do you offer international payroll?
No, we only offer payroll for employees and contractors located in the United States.
Do you integrate with any accounting software?
Yes, we currently integrate with QuickBooks Online.
What reports can I see in Workful?
