Through their employee portals, your staff members will be able to update their contact information, withholding information, submit expense and mileage reimbursement requests, clock in and out, and request time off. They'll also be able to to view their paystubs.
To give a team member the ability to create their employee portal, click "PEOPLE" from your main menu.
To view only your employees, click "EMPLOYEE."
Choose an employee.
Click "EDIT" in the upper, right-hand corner.
Enter their email address.
Click "RESEND REGISTRATION" in the upper, right-hand corner.
Your team member will receive an email inviting them to join your company on Workful and set up their employee portal.
