To add a new client to your Workful Pro account, click “ADD CLIENT” from your Pro Dashboard.
You will then have the option to “Create” or “Invite” your client’s company.
- If you “Create” a client’s company, you’ll set up their Workful company on your client’s behalf. Your client will still have access to the company inside Workful. Click here to learn how to “Create” a company.
- If you “Invite” a client’s company, your client will set up their own Workful company. You will still have access to your client’s company inside Workful. Click here to learn how to “Invite” a client.
Create
If you want to create your client’s company on their behalf, click “CREATE”.
Enter your client’s company name, company address, the number of employees, and a subdomain. Click here to learn more about subdomains.
Click “NEXT”.
Enter the company owner’s first and last name, phone number, and email address.
Click “NEXT”.
Review the information to ensure everything is correct.
If you notice an error, click edit beside “Company Info” or “Client Info”.
If everything is correct, click “CREATE”.
Your client will receive an email with instructions on how to create their Workful account, so they can log into the company you created for them.
Invite
If you want to invite a client, click “INVITE”.
Enter your client’s first and last name, email address, phone number, and a greeting message (if you like).
Click “NEXT”.
Review the information to ensure everything is correct.
If you notice an error, click edit beside “Client Info”.
If everything is correct, click “INVITE”.
Your client will receive an email with instructions on how to create their Workful account and set up their company.
