How do I choose who controls billing?

As a Workful Pro, you have the option of maintaining control of your clients’ billing or allowing your clients to control their own subscriptions.

To change who controls billing for a client, click “More…” beside the company on your Pro Dashboard.

If you want your client to have control of billing, make sure you see “Owner has control” beside “Control of billing”.

If you want control of billing, click the toggle beside “Control of billing” and make sure it says, “You have control”.
