I’m having trouble logging into my Workful account 

If you’re having trouble accessing your Workful account, we can help you log back in. Choose an option below to learn more: 

• I forgot my username 
• I forgot my password 
• I was locked out of my account 
• My account was disabled 
• I no longer have access to my email address or phone number 

I forgot my username 

If you forgot your username, go to https://workful.com/ and click Log In. 

Then, click Forgot username? 

Enter your email address.  

Then, click SEND USERNAME. 

We’ll send you your username. 

I forgot my password 

If you forgot your password, go to https://workful.com/ and click Log In. 

Then, click Forgot password? 

Enter your username. 

Then, click SEND CODE. 

We’ll email you a recovery code. Enter the code.  

Click VERIFY. 

Create and verify your new password. It must include at least 

• six characters 
• one uppercase letter 
• one lowercase letter 
• one number 
• one special character (! @ #) 

Click RESET PASSWORD. 

I was locked out of my account 

If an incorrect password is entered multiple times, we’ll lock your account to protect your information. If that happens, you’ll receive a message that says, “This account has been locked. You’ll need to wait 5 minutes before trying to sign in again.” 

Please wait five minutes, then log into your account. 

My account was disabled 

If you try to log into a locked account, we’ll disable it to protect your information. If this happens, you’ll receive a message that says, “This account has been disabled; please contact support.”

I no longer have access to my email address or phone number  

If you’re the owner of a Workful company and cannot get into your Workful account due to no longer have access to the email address or phone number listed on your account, please call us at 866-967-5385. We’re open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. 

If you’re an employee or contractor who no longer has access to the email address or phone number listed on your account, talk to your Workful admin. They can update your info.
