How do I update my personal information? 

To update your personal details, banking info, or tax withholding info, click My Profile on your main menu. 

Personal details

To update your name, contact info, Social Security Number, or birth date, click Edit beside “Personal Details.” 

Update your info.

Click SAVE.

Pay information

If you’re paid by direct deposit and want to change the bank account where you receive your paycheck (or if you want to switch to direct deposit), click Edit beside “Payment Method.” 

Enter or update your bank account info.

Click SAVE.

Taxes and withholdings

If you want to update your federal tax info, click Edit beside “Federal Taxes.”

Update your info based on your most recent W-4 form.

Click SAVE.

If you want to update your state tax info, click Edit beside "State Taxes."

Update your info based on your most recent state withholding form.

Click SAVE.
