The Workforce Commission will assign your unemployment insurance tax rate. There is also an Integrity Social Charge rate for all employers.

Payroll Tax Deposit Schedules

All unemployment taxes are deposited quarterly.

The Department of Revenue will assign your withholding deposit schedule based on your average monthly accumulated withholding. If you accumulated:

• less than $500 in withholding, you’ll deposit quarterly
• $500 to $4,999.99 in withholding, you’ll deposit monthly
• $5,000 or more in withholding, you’ll deposit semi-monthly
