The Department of Employment & Workforce will assign your unemployment insurance (UI) tax rate. A fixed Contingency Assessment rate of 0.06% is included in your UI rate.

All unemployment taxes are deposited quarterly. Your withholding deposit schedule will match your federal withholding deposit schedule.
